Overview:
A real estate company was looking to create editable template for their luxury brand. They needed one, two, and four-page flyers, postcards, business cards, property cards, etc. All of it also had to fit together, as well as toe the line on branding.
The asks were fairly obvious, but it's easy to start to lose sight of the original goal when you're designing a large amount of material at the same time. In the end, the goal was to get agents to use the materials en masse, so it had to be clean, and fit with multiple types of properties. We elected to keep the branding to a minimum and really let the images do the talking. I think we got exactly what we were looking for.
