New Agent Welcome Folder

Overview:
The client needed a brand new onboarding package for new agents and there was A LOT of info that needed to go in there. There was also a significant amount of debate about what format this needed to take and, though the sheer amount of information seemed to be steering us towards creating a booklet, the client wanted something more like a folder that was really more compact and portable, yet more impressive or immersive to open up.

After batting around a few ideas and concepts, we agreed on a folder format. My big challenge with this was still the amount of info. One of the client's asks was also that the piece feel light, which I also thought was important as it was going to be fairly large to accommodate the info. I believe the end result checked all the right boxes.
